Requisites for registration

 

Please assure that you have the following before proceeding to registration.
Your photograph in digital form with following specification
Maximum Size : 30Kb, Image Dimension : 150W X 200H px, Image Type : JPG
Instructions regarding Uploading of Photo
Scanned image of your signature put on a good quality white paper with blue/black ink
Maximum Size : 30Kb, Image Dimension : 150W X 100H px, Image Type : JPG
Any one of your Identification Cards like Electoral ID, PAN Card, PEN Card, AADHAR etc.

Have you forgot your UserID or Password? Now you can know your UserID or Reset Password from the mobile number that you have used in the Profile. SMS format is given below.

 SMS OPTION

SMS apprpiate option to 537252 from the mobile No. which was given or last updated in your profile.
To Known User ID: KPSC<space>USR
To Reset Password
KPSC<space>RST<space>UserID<space>DOB
eg: If your User ID is aniltvm and Date of Birth is 16/04/1984, 
the SMS format will be KPSC RST aniltvm 16041984

    1. PEN means Permanent Employee Number. (This is given only for employees already joined in Government service)

    1. 1. Sign with black ink in a white paper
      2. You can use scanner and save it in JPEG format
      3. Resize the image using the link given in PSC one time registration home page.
      4. Upload the image

      It will not come to your account.
      1. You must login to you account.
      2. Click notification Tab
      3. You can see Summary of Active Notifications. Click any class of Notification.
      4. You can check eligibility of each notification and apply for the post which you eligible.

      KPSCUSR to 537252 from that mobile...

    3. KPSC RST username dateofborth to 537252 to reset the password
      if ur user name is 'minnukpsc' and dob 12/5/1973 then send sms as
      KPSC RST minnukpsc 12051973 to 537252
      your new password will be minnuk12051973..
      or you can reset your password from the link forgotpassword on the login page...

  38. sir, A mistake be happened that the entered name of Qualification of degree is incorrect. Instead of BA-English I have choosen BSC Agriculture Science. and Instead of SSLC I choose SSC Please help me to remove it and add the correct one.

    1. In case you wish to change incorrect Qualification , the same is not possible through Edit.

      Login to your account with user name and password
      2. Click educational qualification
      3. There will be a "Delete" & "Edit" (Green pencil)ICONS on right handside of each qualification
      4. Delete the Qulification using "DELETE" option and add Correct Qualification
      5. write the "Access Code" and "save"

    2. edit is possile only for reg.no,date of pass etc. before applying for any post with that qualification u can delete the qual. then add it correctly!

    1. 1. you can tell the photographer to add your Name and Date after taken ur photo
      2. If you forgot to do this, just open the photo in adobe photoshop, Gimb or Paint
      3 NAME (bold and centralised)
      Date (centralised)
      Whit back ground is preferred behind the name and Date

    1. Please follow the steps
      1. Go to http://210.212.24.86/thulasi/
      2. Click "Resize Photograph/Signature" (Right side)
      3. Upload the photo
      4. Click on the photo in "Original Dimension : 200 X 230" window
      5. Correct the position of photo
      6. Click "save" and you can save the photo any where in your computer

    1. You must add an IF Proof. That may be Government Employee ID, Driving license, Electoral ID card etc..
      and Exact height in cms
