Government have issued orders on the recommendations of the Tenth Pay Revision Commission on the revision of pay and allowances of state government employees and teachers.For details view GO(P) No.07/2016/Fin Dated 20/01/2016 .
Though Government has n't released any Pay Fixation software, many from us developed excellent softwares for this purpose. First of all big gratitude to all those who took initiatives the Pay fixation sofwares.

The pay has been revised with effect from 01-07-2014. Arears will be paid in cash.
Though arrears are in cash, the amount will be disbursed in installments from 2017 onwards
For arrear amount interest will be paid on PF rates
Medical insurance for pensioners
DCRG amount has been enhanced from 7 lakhs to 14 lakhs.
Future Dearness relief will be half of the DA announced by the central Government.
Dearness relief and Family pension to Ex gratia pensioners.
Pension in new rate will be paid from Feb 2016
New Dearness Relief (3% from 01.01.15 and 6% 01.07.15

Important Recommendations
- The pay has been revised with effect from 01-07-2014. Arears will be paid in cash.
- Though arrears are in cash, the amount will be disbursed in installments from 2017 onwards
- There will not be option facility.
- Allowances are as per recommendations (no change mad)
- The recommended 25 years service for full pension cancelled.Continue with Existing 30 years
- Continue with pay revision once in 5 years.
- Future DA will be half of the DA announced by the central Government.
- DCRG amount has been enhanced from 7 lakhs to 14 lakhs.
- Dearness relief and Family pension to Ex gratia pensioners.
- Minimum Salary 16500, Maximum salary 1,20,000
- New rates will be from February salary and pension.
- New Dearness Allowances (3% from 01.01.15 and 6% 01.07.15
- Interest in PF rates for arrear amounts
- Minimum wages to casual sweepers 6000 p.m

The Commissionerate of Entrance Examinations (CEE) is conducting ten distinct Entrance Examinations for admission to Professional Courses every year: Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Degree (KEAM), Three year LLB , Five year LLB, LLM,PG Ayurveda, PG Homoeo, PG Nursing, PG Medical and Super Specialty. The Commissionerate is also making allotments to KEAM, Three year LLB, Five year LLB, LLM, PG Dental and PG Medical courses. The allotment to KEAM, Three year LLB, Five year LLB, PG Medical and PG Dental are made through a Single Window System of the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP)

10th Pay revision Commission - Part II of the Report - Submitted
The 10th Pay Revision Commission has submitted the first part of it’s report
on the pay, allowances, pension, and allied matters of employees and
pensioners on 13.07.2015. The first part covered most of the issues but certain
topics were not included owing to paucity of time as well as for enabling
further detailed studies.
The following issues mentioned in the terms of reference, which were not covered in the first part are now included in the second and final part of the report. Also, certain issues which find mention in the first part are further elucidated.
