Disbursement of Personal Entitlements of Employees through Banks
Government have decided to disburse the personal entitlements of employees including Self Drawing Officers of all Government Departments through Banks.
Really an unproductive move by the government. Introduction of ATM in treasury accounts may be more effective for proper utilisation of Government money
If the RBI hasn't provided permission to install ATM at treasury then how is it possible for ATM at treasury. My sugession is to allot 3-4 public banks for salary disbursement and to really depend on SBT is totally annoying
This is very good and must do movement. lots of sDOs and other staff wasting their valuable time by standing in the long queue of treasury. in a month they have to go to treasury twice a months... really waste of time

DeleteSalary can be credited to any scheduled bank of the employee's choice.

i want to know whether it would be a problem if employees select banks of their choices other than a particular bank for all the employees .
